I've decided to start a blog of my weight loss journey. I'm going to be getting the lap band and I can't wait! I've been researching this for years and I'm glad that I'm finally doing this! I've "dieted" my way to the most I've ever weighed and I'm afraid of what's to come at this rate. I'm having my lap band procedure performed at Northwest Weight Loss Surgery, hopefully within a month.
I'm going this week to have a psych eval and then next week I'll meet with the nurse and then the surgeon. Then I should get the clearance to make a surgery date within 2-3 weeks.
I'll post how everything is going and hopefully I'll put up some 'before' stats and photos (yowza!)
